Our sweet Isabella had RSV. :( She is the first and only one of our kids to get this awful cold virus. She was lucky enough to avoid the hospital, and she didn't have to endure any out patient suctioning. (Now, that would really be torture at it's finest for a two year old. ) All she did was watch movies, lay on the cough or floor and be held and rocked for 5 days. She totally hates the breathing treatments, ibuprofen and the coughing fits. Day 6 brought sunshine, and with it, more energy and finally an appetite. She finally seems to be back to her crazy, wild, two year old self. :) We missed you, sweet baby Bella.

so glad she is on the mend. That is just crazy to get it at 2 right? sometimes I don't mind when my kids are sick because of just that. They do NOTHING for a few days and it can be kind of nice if you think about it. But I ll just stick to the colds and flu, not RSV.
What sweet family you have Kim. I love that after a lifetime of separation we can have a connection of sorts through blogging. I loved and admired your mom so very much.
oh sweet baby! I feel so sad for sick little ones. they just can't do anything to feel better and are so far from their normal personalities. So glad she's feeling better.
